Max started Karlsson in 1984 after being frustrated by the way consulting firms are usually run, especially the lack of Staff development and training. It took several months for Max to develop a business model to answer the challenge of finding a better way to run a consulting company, and we keep that challenge in the forefront of our thinking and actions every day.
